•  Use the double bubble map to compare and contrast 2 stories, settings, or characters.
• Use the letter tiles to build words.
• Use pictures to idenitfy the beginning sounds of words
• Use letter cards to practice naming letters and sounds
• Read stories and tell what happened at beginning, middle, and end of the story (Use story worm)
• Place high frequency words on index cards and practice reading them
